Eric Lider, Head Coach
Graduate of Issaquah (WA) High School, where he held school record in 100 and 200. Graduated from Pacific Lutheran University where he was captain of the track team. Earned M.A. (Education) from Lewis & Clark. Retired from teaching in Lake Oswego school district in 2005. Began coaching track in 1978. Appointed head coach at LO for T&F and Cross Country in 1982. USATF Level 1 coach.
Bob Williams, Distance Coach
A native of Eugene, OR (Track Town USA), graduated St. Francis H.S. where he placed 3rd in the State mile competition. Competed for and graduated from the U. of Oregon, where he ran for the legendary Bill Bowerman and earned All American honors in the Steeplechase. National champion in 1965 and Pac 8 Champ in '67. Over 36 years of coaching experience and Level II USATF certified. Masters degree from U. of O.
Laura Caldwell, Distance Coach
Graduated and also earned M.A. degree from Florida State University, where she held school record in 800. Competed post grad and was Southern road racing Grand Prix champion 4 times. Two-time qualifier for US Olympic Trails marathon and winner of 1992 Seattle Marathon. Placed 8th in 1987 USA Women's Marathon Championships. US National Masters champion at 5,000 meters. Won three Silver Medals (1500, 5,000 and 8K XC) at World Masters Games in 1997. Coached at Florida High and Florida State.

Christina Hill, Hurdles Coach
Graduated from Oregon State University after prepping at Nestucca High where she competed for 4 years in Volleyball, Basketball and Track. 4-time District Champ in High and Low Hurdles, 4 x 100 and 4 x 400 Relays. Member of OSU Crew Team. Coaching experience includes Corvallis H.S. Track and Youth Volleyball and Basketball. Assistant for LOXC and is in 3rd year for LO T&F.

College: B.A. Communications, Minor: Chinese, University of Utah. MBA, Brigham Young University. Competed in basketball and track.
Coaching Experience: Youth Basketball 15 years, LO track 7 years - Jumps. USATF Level 1 coach.
Family: 3 sons
Occupation: Used nails, fly swatters, quelling uprisings, dog whispering, bong drums, tadpole farmer, thumb model, 8-track tape repair.

Kery White, Long Jump and Triple Jump Coach 
Graduated High School in 2003, from South Eugene HS, after spending three years at Churchill High School. Competed in three sports (football, basketball, track and field), while holding a 3.7 GPA. Was a member of the 2001 state championship Churchill High School basketball team. Was on the 2003 all-state team in football (cornerback), and played in the Les Schwab high school
football all-star game. After high school, went on to play football at Portland State University.
Family is a big part of Kery’s character, and he has a rich athletic family background, one that includes a brother, Russell who played football at the University of California Berkeley; an uncle, Charles, who won the 1979 Heisman Trophy for the University of Southern California; and mother, Kristin, was a cheerleader for the University of Oregon. Currently in school seeking a bachelor’s degree in the health care field.
Tobie Hatfield, Pole Vault Coach
Graduated from Abilene Christian University, where he competed in the Pole Vault and earned NCAA All American honors with a 7th place. Competed as a prep at Central Linn HS where he won State in 1978 and cleared 15'2" in '79. As a collegian won Mt. Sac Relays pole vault event. Coaching experience includes vault and decathlon for Taiwanese National Team for 1980 Olympics. At Abilene Christian coached NCAA champ and three Olympic Trails qualifiers. At Wichita State U, coached field events, multis and was head recruiting coordinator. Also coached multi Junior Olympics qualifiers in long jump, sprints and hurdles. Third year as PV coach at LO.

Educated at Tigard High School and graduated from Oregon State University (B.S. in Public Health. Received M.A. in Education from Portland State University. Competed in Basketball and Track & Field in high school--sprints, jumps and shot ut. Competed in Body Building. Coaching experience includes Cleveland H.S. Track & Field (1993-2006) and Basketball (6 years). On LO T&F staff since 2006.

Graduated from Oregon City High School in 2004. Received an undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 2008 followed by a degree from Pacific University Masters Teaching Program in 2009. Competed in shot put and discus in high school. Married to Callie Rogers. Currently a substitute teacher while pursuing a full-time position in the Social Studies subject area.
